With over 20 years Chef experience Maz's passion is now teaching culinary skills to those of all ages.

Maz's Kitchen runs cookery classes and cooking and baking clubs at local schools and in private homes and venues across Sussex. As well as continuing to provide the highest level of service as a personal chef, from private dinners to buffets and BBQ's, Maz's Kitchen has a menu to suit all appetites.

Chef Maz

"If I wasn't in the kitchen sitting on the bench baking with my mum (or just licking the bowl) I would be outside by the BBQ watching my dad in awe. It was the sounds, sizzling meats, the smells, the heat, I loved it and still do".

Maz went on to study professional cookery in New Zealand and started her career as a professionally qualified Chef at 20. Becoming a mum to two boys in 2016, Maz wanted out of kitchens during service time as a professional chef, to reignite her passion for creativity and cooking again. She started cooking up a storm with her boys and soon found that other parents and schools were wanting this service too.

Maz began working with a local girls school running extra curricular cooking classes and a baking clubs to years 7, 8 & 9 and since then hasn't looked back.
